{"id":982,"date":"2023-05-17T10:51:08","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T10:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.antfarma.eu\/?post_type=product&#038;p=982"},"modified":"2024-04-16T10:03:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T10:03:32","slug":"helicobacter-pylori-testas","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/old.antfarma.eu\/en\/product\/helicobacter-pylori-test\/","title":{"rendered":"Helicobacter Pylori test"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>A quick guide to performing this test:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The test will take 15 minutes to complete.<\/li>\n<li>The testing location is chosen according to the convenience of the user <strong>(a stool sample will be needed for this test).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You will need to wash your hands (or use a sanitising fluid) before and after taking the test.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Sample collection cup and timer are not included in the test kit.<\/p>\n<h5>Procedure:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare <strong>the sample collection sheet<\/strong> (see instructions for use).<\/li>\n<li>Take the sample <b>by sticking the collection tip into the faeces three times together. Avoid hooking too much sample!<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Return the collection tip to the collection tube and screw it on tightly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shake<\/strong> the collection tube until the sample mixes with the extraction buffer.<\/li>\n<li>Unpack the test cassette from the sealed foil package and place it side by on a flat surface.<\/li>\n<li>Open the cover of the collection tube <strong>(opposite side)<\/strong> and remove the tip.<\/li>\n<li>Apply 2 drops of sample to the test area (S).<\/li>\n<li>Read the result after 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>POSITIVE: A coloured line appears in the (C) area and (T) areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*A line of any shade in the test line area (T) should be considered a positive result.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NEGATIVE: The coloured line appears ONLY in area (C).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Negative result means no <em>H. pylori<\/em> antigens detected.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>INVALID: The coloured line appears ONLY in area (T).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All used components of the kit are handled according to local requirements.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The test is designed to detect Helicobacter Pylori bacteria in stool.
