{"id":981,"date":"2023-05-17T10:51:07","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T10:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.antfarma.eu\/?post_type=product&#038;p=981"},"modified":"2024-04-16T05:03:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T05:03:32","slug":"vyru-vaisingumo-testas","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/old.antfarma.eu\/en\/product\/male-fertility-test\/","title":{"rendered":"Male fertility test"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>A quick guide to performing this test:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The sample should be taken within 3-7 days after the last ejaculation.<\/li>\n<li>Using masturbation, the semen should be collected directly into the sperm collection cup.<\/li>\n<li>Do not touch the seed sample with your hands, a napkin or any other material, as you may contaminate it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shake the container with the seed sample evenly, set it aside and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour to liquefy. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Procedure:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the seed transfer tool to take the required amount of sample (follow the 0.1 ml mark).<\/li>\n<li>Pour the seed sample into the sample dilution buffer bottle provided and close tightly with the dropper and cap on.<\/li>\n<li>To mix the sample, turn it up and down several times (up to 10 times is recommended).<\/li>\n<li>Use the test cassette in the sealed foil package to test your sample. Hold the test cassette on a flat surface and apply <strong>twp drops of the sample<\/strong> in the test (S) area.<\/li>\n<li>Read the result after 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Interpretation of results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NORMAL: coloured line in (C) and (T) areas. Sperm concentration in the semen is greater than 15 million\/mL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*A line of any shade in the test line area (T) should be considered normal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ABNORMAL: ONLY coloured line in area (C). Sperm concentration in the semen is less than 15 million\/mL.<\/li>\n<li>INVALID: no colour line (C) appears in the area, or no colour line appears.
